To better coordinate work tasks and ensure efficient daily meetings and training activities, the company has partnered with Takstar to comprehensively upgrade the audio systems in multiple conference rooms.

Conference Room 1

Based on the on-site acoustic conditions and usage, the Takstar (Hebei) professional technical team selected the ESC-044 column speaker paired with the EA-3 power amplifier as the main sound reinforcement. The vertical linear arrangement ensures clear sound propagation over long distances, well-suited for the rectangular conference room space. The high-frequency filter function and three playback modes - "music", "voice", and "smooth" - cater to different usage needs.

For the audio source devices, the DG-S100 desktop daisy-chain conference system utilizes 8-core "T-type daisy-chain" connection technology. The number of chairman and delegate units can be freely combined as needed, with a total capacity of up to 250 units. Features like free/first-in-first-out/limited/chairman-prioritized modes, and video tracking function facilitate efficient meeting management.

The supplementary sound reinforcement uses the 6.5-inch three-way EBS-653 low-impedance ceiling speaker, providing a warm and full-bodied sound with ample midrange and smooth high-frequency response. The innovative frameless hidden installation design seamlessly blends into the ceiling, achieving a minimalist aesthetic while optimizing spatial utilization.

To further enhance the system's performance and sound quality, the solution includes the AM14 analog mixing console for audio signal mixing, distribution, and processing. The EKX-160 digital matrix processor with full-featured matrix mixing capabilities and patented modular matrix adjustment supports multiple scene presets, controllable via iPad or iPhone. The EPO-802P power sequencer monitors the stability of the mains voltage, ensuring reliable and stable output of the entire audio system.

Conference Room 2

To build a higher-quality, efficient, and versatile discussion environment, the solution comprises EBS-044 column speakers, EBS-653 low-impedance ceiling speakers, EA-3 professional amplifiers, AM14 mixing consoles, EKX-306 digital audio processors, and EPO-802P power sequencers. The combination of ceiling speakers and column speakers with delay processing ensures high speech intelligibility and improved overall sound field uniformity, enhancing the quality of meetings.

The wireless conference microphones from the SC-4R series utilize the UHF wideband, eliminating messy wiring and avoiding disruption to the existing venue layout. With flexible, untethered usage, the system adapts well to different environments. The high-sensitivity microphone capsules accurately capture and faithfully transmit the voices of each speaker. To enhance the signal transmission, the solution also includes the TS-AD802 antenna signal distributor and TS-AD822 active omnidirectional antenna.
