The Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Plant Science Park, established in 1958 in Haidian District, is the birthplace of China's first artificial satellite "Dongfang Hong I" launched in 1970. As a showcase for the latest achievements in China's aerospace technology, the park attracts a large number of domestic and international visitors each year. After its recent renovation, the park has preserved its aerospace character while incorporating modern, trendy elements, including a cultural district and creative spaces, catering to diverse needs such as leisure and dining, and leading a new commercial trend in Haidian.
With the advancement of technology, wireless communication has found widespread application in various fields. As a leading platform for showcasing China's aerospace technology, the Park has been seeking innovative ways to enhance the visitor experience. To provide more professional and personalized tour guide services, the park decided to adopt a state-of-the-art wireless audio guide system.
The introduction of Takstar's WTG-700 wireless audio guide system has brought unprecedented changes to the park's tour guide services. Utilizing UHF technology, the WTG-700 system ensures stable signal transmission with high anti-interference capabilities. In open and obstacle-free environment, the system can provide a transmission range of up to 200 meters, granting visitors ample freedom of movement while ensuring the continuity of the tour guide's narration.
The system's 65 adjustable frequency channels enable clear and independent narration for multiple tour groups simultaneously, effectively resolving the issue of cross-interference between devices and ensuring the accuracy of information delivery. The lightweight and user-friendly design of the WTG-700 transmitter and earpiece receivers makes them easy to carry and operate, allowing both tour guides and visitors to quickly get acquainted with the system without the need for complex training.
The integration of Takstar's WTG-700 wireless audio guide system has not only improved the quality of tour guide services at the Park but also brought a new and engaging communication experience for visitors. This case demonstrates the potential of wireless technology in enhancing public service offerings.
